Capricorn is earth energy playing in the field of public interaction. He is ambitious. He follows the rules, sometimes he works around them, but always in structure. He expects respect. At his best he takes on responsibility for others. He is the lawgiver, the father. He is a problem solver with great faith in his own abilities.

A Capricorn expects to be an authority. He needs to find the niche where that authority can gain him the ability to make rules.

When dealing with a Capricorn, you must begin by respecting him. A Capricorn will use you or any other resource available to gain power and bring you into the arena of power, but always under his structure.

This one is not going to jump into anything. He wants to know what's in it for him. When he is satisfied that there is something worth doing, he will relate carefully, but solidly. 

He doesn't get all carried away with emotion, he keeps his secrets close. You will always find him playing by the rules. You will often find him trying to make the rules. 

But you know where you are. And you will know that he is serious.

Now this one understands money. He can work the system to get money because he wants power. He knows that is what money is for. His career is his life, public perceptions of him are incredibly important. He is practical and will use every resource at hand to achieve his goals.

Obstacles are temporary to Capricorn, they last just as long as it takes to learn the system that applies and then work with it around it and through it to meet his objectives.

Money expands his authority, that is what it is for. He will use it to gain more money to expand even more.
